Another Lovely Lovecraft Comic Anthology
Any one out there who loves HPLovecraft and has read all his marvellous stories will appreciate the opportunity to read some of them once again in a slightly different format, the comic adaptation or the graphic novel are 2 methods for re-reading already read tales with a twist,. Not everyone will enjoy these re-tellings as I most certainly have but if you’re a fiend for all things Lovecraft you should give this a go, and then there are a heap of other graphic stories to discover, some good some bloody awesome. Sitting down and reading a book sometimes is not what you might be after and these comics can often be the next best thing, you still get your fix of Lovecraftian cosmical weirdness but often ‘watered down’ a touch with images to look at or into, and sometimes they really hit the spot!!! So if you want full on blow by blow adaptions, or maybe you want something that takes a little poetic licence, this book is a fantastic place to start,!!. If you like it great and if not, you tried, but I for one can’t get enough and considering the multitude of Lovecraft anthology books, I believe that there is plenty of room for the comic or graphic novels and I look forward to reading heaps more!!!

Tickets to the Dreamland
First thanks for having me, I thank my mother and my, oops, wrong , but I absolutely love this book. Any and all new formats that help spread the word are much appreciated. This particular graphic comic book is a very fresh take on Lovecraft and his vast (but not as vast as many would like) well crafted stories and tales gets a 10 out of 10 from me. Don’t let the cover fool you as it did me. You need this if you’re a true diehard fan and although it looks rather benign, on opening it’s pages you may be shocked to find it’s true inner beauty. Just like a Fever dream, it’s countless scenes of both absolute terror and innate unfolding transformational phantasmagoria, take it from me, this is one to enjoy seated, candles lit and the miasma of favourite Persian incense clouding out the outside world. Yes you must find and buy a copy, a hard copy to hold and relish, and maybe hand down to a favourite nephew or niece, just so as long you really know that they are ready for it ...
The incredible artwork done by artist Jason Bradley Thompson is in itself, a thing of real beauty. There is also a animatic dvd that is fantastic, get both if possible, they really compliment each other.

Fantastic fantasy and wild whimsy
Patrick Woodroffe is THE past master of all things fantastical, and this book is a ‘must-have’ for all lovers of such. Get yourself a copy, do yourself a favour, This is The ‘bomb’
