Well written, easy to understand.
Cases redacted only to the most pertinent info. However my review is likely irrelevant, because if you are considering purchasing this book, you're probably a law student- in which case you have no choice but to buy it.
For professors: this is a good book to use to teach property. My professor used the book and supplemental materials of his own to convey the info.

Gorgeous alternative to disgusting indoor litter boxes
Took my 2 kitties a few days to get accustomed to the new set up. At first, I left their old litter box as an alternative option for the first week. Then I removed it completely. One of my cats was still having trouble, and did her business in the tub, but she only did that once. She’s the larger of the 2 cats and I suspect that she doesn’t like having to jump in and out of the box. I’m slowly getting her used to it and I like the additional exercise she has at least once or twice a day. There’s also a significant reduction in the amount of litter left behind around the box. Because I have multiple cats, I actually have two of them in the regular size, rather than the XL model. They look great together in a small one bedroom apartment with little room for multiple, or large litter boxes.
