  I sent the item in perfect condition, fully intact, and communicated clearly with the buyer throughout the process. After claiming the item was damaged, I offered assistance and the option to return it, but the buyer refused to return the item despite having plenty of time to do so. Instead, they left an unjustified negative review without giving me the chance to resolve the situation. Sellers, beware of this buyer's unwillingness to work towards a fair resolution.
