Love it!
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I'm a FIRM believer. I bought the 3-in-1 workout with the "fanny lifter" but had gotten this video through Netflix first. I really liked it, so I ordered a copy myself. All you need are some hand weights. The moves aren't overly complicated. It's a nice amount of body work, and the instructor is very likeable. So the videos don't get too boring, I mix this one in with the other FIRM videos I have that came with the fanny lifter. It's great!
