A Classic Anti-War Book
I have had a copy of this book since I was an older teenager in the late 60s. This was a 'must read' during the Vietnam era.
A non-fiction written before WWII, it centers around a young man named Joe and his horrible experiences due to being a participant in WWI. The ultimate in anti-war books. It will put the fear of war into you and make you tremble to think of the horror of being in Joe's position.
