Read the instructions and it is simple......
I bought this as initially was very sceptical......wow what a product. The after serviced is fantastic and the product is very easy to use and works great. Ok occassionally you may have slight buffering, but that is more likely from the download speed of your provider. Very happy with the product.

A honest review
I would say, having used other similar products, that it performs well and does assist in the removal of unwanted deposits. I would purchase again, but there are other products that do the same for slightly less money. The fact that I was able to get hold of it next day was perfect and the deciding influence on purchasing this product.
