Seller sold me a defective product that had already been replaced under warranty by the manufacturer, without disclosing anything about that. When I contacted him to address the issue, I was met with unnecessary rudeness and a bullying tone that seems at odds with all of the positive feedback on his account that led me to purchase from him in the first place. He was rude and denigrating in response to my calm requests for a partial refund to solve the issue. Only positive was the quick return.
