Fully Functioning Polar FT80 on a Budget
The item I received is fully functioning, with very minor cosmetic flaws, and replaced one that I paid full price for. It did not come with a sensor or chest strap as the product description says. I am using the ones I already had.

Perfect OEM March
Got these to repair the leaky TEC distributor on my 1998 Honda Civic EX 2DR. The package has both inner (30110-PA1-732) and outer (NOK BH3888E) seals. Honda only sells the outer seal, not the inner. May be they want customers to buy a $400 new distributor. The OEM inner seal is NOK BH3888E; mine came off the distributor shaft after 20 years and 290K miles causing a nasty oil leak.
Very highly recommended products.
