Interesting and yes, controversial
16 von 19 finden das hilfreich The contents of this book require you to shift your current perception of huge conglomerate corporations and the government. The idea that there is a "conspiracy" to keep people sick is very real in my opinion. Think about it..."sick" and "obesity" make big money for big corporations and the government that receives tax money from those big corporations. Even a former FDA exec says this relationship between big business and FDA is all about money. Do not think that the FDA has your best interests in mind.
Pharma companies don't have any interest in natural remedies because they cannot patent the therapy which means they can't make alot of money because there will be significant competition (which drives prices down).
I understand concerns about the hcg shots in the book. I was surprised by this as well, but the truth is I have already done the hcg shot program and it does indeed work. I had no negative side effects and it was more than 12 years ago. The problem is that I gained it all back because the part about de-toxing your body was not part of the program I did. I can't say if the detox would be the difference, but I am reading and researching more about natural medicine and Energy Psychology and have found things that help me get rid of a headache, sleep better, etc. without taking a pill.
This book is worth your time if you open to something other than "just another diet". We could all learn alot and be in better health by adopting even a few of the ideas presented (organics, bottled water, Energy Psychology like Emotional Feeling Techniques, etc.).
All diet books have a face man 'spinning" the benefits to convince you to buy their book. I just try to look past the hype and look for the evidence and facts. That's what convinces me.
Here's food for thought...Gastric bypass surgery is said to actually cure Type II Diabetes. How much would that cost if the news got out? (This is not in this book but a related concept -- unconventional concept for curing instead of just treating the symptoms of diabetes (like blindness, amputated limbs, heart disease and the list goes on)).

Great Underlayment - Will Use for Future Projects!
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Used in basement installation with LVP flooring and it was easy to install and provided great vapor barrier and a bit of padding. This underlayment was very cost-effective compared to others I compared when shopping. Project turned out great! I will definitely use this product again on future projects.

I can't recommend it, but again it works for some people.
I had high expectations for this book as it was recommended by a friend, but it just didn't hit the mark for me. It seemed more like psychological double-talk...If I tell you it is so, you should believe me. I'm the kind of person who needs detailed proof if you want me to change my opinion or thinking.
Didn't work for me, but has for others.
