A book I feel everyone could benefit from
I am asthmatic and just recently had a chest infection. I was lucky enough to have been given a copy of this book. The breathing technic helped me when my breathing was very bad. Also I had an eye operation where I had to wait for surgery. I took the book to hospital and decided to concentrate on my breathing as it said. I fell asleep, such was the relaxation I was able to achieve. So now I purchase this book for anyone I feel would benefit.

nice looking and sleek and do keep the wind out
I think these Stompack ladies trousers are super. I was having trouble finding some to fit but these are great. They are not too bulky, which is good as I am bulky enough. They do not have pockets that stick out. They are comfortable and definately do keep the cold wind out. A bit difficult to get on with the lining but thats par for the course with lined trousers.. I will purchase more.

Anyone with cancer and other illness MUST have this book. I cannot speak more highly of this lifetime of work and the benefit that be had from understanding the nature of disease. I applaud Dr Hulga Clark
