Good exercise for completionist gamers
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich It is a good exercise for people who are completionist gamer. I have been working out with this game almost everyday for a little over a month. My heartbeat is up and calorie burnt tracking is almost equal to that of my fitness tracker.
Some movements that come later are kind of hard for me but they break the monotony.
I have tried the table top mode which is doable but it is not easy to see the instructions.
It is better to start with 20 mins for beginners to get the feel. I am now in 40 mins exercise which can be from 38 to 48 mins of exercise.
