Great Product
Works as advertised

Looked the Part but failed to Work
Ordered 3, but only 1 worked in Zephyr Hood bulb socket.
Customer Rep sent me 2 more, but they didn't work either,
thus of the 5 rec'd, I returned 4.

As Adverised
Oil comes to set temperature w/in 10 minutes.
Can lower or increase temperature during frying.
Viewing window can get foggy during frying process.
The most difficult thing during assembly was putting the
handles in the baskets.
It takes several hours for the oil to cool down before
you can dump it out and clean the oil holder.
The instructional pamphlet is pretty easy to understand
and follow.
