Excellent
Good product and very effective.Better
Than sleeping tablets and less side affects.
I have also recommended them to friends.
They are safe and good not expensive.
Very glad that I found them as always had trouble sleeping. But not now.
I will be using them from now on

Like the Titlel
Would like to have him sing more in French.
But then I believe there is a CD with him and Edith Pief.
However it is a very good cd
I recommend it.

Good and non adictive

But it is worth repeating that your product
Is safe and non adictive to help some of us to sleep.
Prescription. Medications only help for a short time and often the patient finds that they need to increase the dose.
This more natural approach seems to help also with anxiety. I have also found that I wake up feeling refreshed .
Have taken it while traveling and would not have Beliced that a good sleep was possible on a 25 hour flight.
