Review
Items were delivered in a timely fashion and work properly.

TRS111 - Dell DW316 DVD External
Shipment and item were great. I have not used the drive and won't be able to until I receive my new Dell laptop in mid-May.

Not real happy with Seagate 2TB USB external drive.
All was well until January 29th and now the drive's partition seems to be missing and I cannot access the drive whatsoever. I've tried different USB ports, different cable, etc. but to no avail. Was replaced under warranty. Quick turnaround.
I finally returned the drive to Seagate after a few days when it failed to work entirely and they replace the drive under warranty. So far, the replacement is working fine but I handle these drives I own like they were nuclear weapons...slowly and carefully.
