Wii Fit Rocks!

It assesses your body mass, weight, BMI. Give you a goal to work toward. The exercises are designed as games so you are pleasantly distracted while you seriously work your muscles!
Take it to a friend's house & work out together. Up to 10 people can play at a time, like a real workout class!
You've got to try this. a 10 in my books!

Memories from my childhood
This was the first major color production for television in the 60s. It introduces Leslie and Warren. I first saw it when I was very young and fell in love with the Prince!. I bought the VHS years ago and my young children watched it endlessly. The songs, the singing and dancing are wonderful. The special-effects are something to giggle about because they had no technology back then. It's such a wonderful classic to have in your library. The reaction I get when I mention this show to anyone over 50 is the hand goes over the heart "oh my God I loved that show!" Compare it to any Cinderella production since. It's lovely and sweet and holds up over time. Great for young girls.
