  The item never was delivered so got in touch with the seller who did everything possible to find out about the item the seller Gave me a full refund straight away the communication with the seller Was very fast and we sorted everything out can’t blame the seller for anything as it was Royal mail at its best again in losing the package so A+ for the seller and Z minus for the Royal Mail

  Although the item arrived with a broken saucer, I don't blame the seller and she handled the issue in a friendly and helpful manner so although it was unfortunate for both her and me we made the best of a bad job.
