  Neutral at best. As seen in the photos, this damage was not mentioned in the description. There are no excuses for this, especially for a first time seller. Ebay's listing had it 'as if the shrinkwrap had just been removed ' Seller maintained that since I got such a good price I should be happy. Would not even consider a 10$ partial refund to make everyone happy.
