Replace your 32404-96 with this.
this sensor will fit other HD applications with a little modification. I have a 97 FXDL which has an ignition sensor with the attitude switch in it. Basically, it kills the ignition if the bike falls over. big deal. Why spend $150-200 on a new one when you can use this one? All that is required is to replace the terminals with Deutsch male terminals, install, time and run. for less than 50 bucks you are back in business, plus you don't have that sticky snot stuff running out of your timer wiring hole.

Works like a charm.
It does what it's supposed to do. On two occasions I used the tool to ID unknown sensors and then relearn the vehicle's ECM to accept them. Not instantaneous, but once you learn the sequence and what to do, it only takes a couple minutes. Satisfaction is no TPMS light, and this tool delivers.

Works with OEM and aftermarket if ID's are already in the ECM.
Tool does what it's supposed to. If you have a working TPMS on your Ford and rotate tires, this is handy to tell the ECM what position each sensor is in. If you replaced the sensors with aftermarket, it will not learn the ECM. You will need an actual TPMS tool that can read the sensors and overwrite the ID's in the ECM. I haven't had the opportunity to try this tool after putting in new OEM sensors, but doubtful it will work. Will note results when I do.
