  Had some issues with delivery, where the core of this new trailer, was shattered in transit. Seller helped make the situation right, and gave a partial refund. I recommend stronger packaging and use of bubble wrap, when sending 35mm film, as other sellers do, to prevent this from happening again. Other than that, no problems at all, excellent comms, and return Cx. Recommended. Thanks

  Given how shattered the plastic core was it was very clear from the images sent that a heavy object had fallen on this item. Not convinced more bubble wrap would have saved the day on this one unfortunately however I am grateful that the after sales service was appreciated. Thanks! :)
