As described in excellent condition. This book is a good reference point for those looking for answers and not willing to be spoon fed information by the media. Although author has a flaw in his approach by filing a 1040 which is a taxpayer form only, (the reason he lost the case in my opinion) if anyone is seeking to follow his approach, cya and use either an amended form 1040 marking through taxpayer and instead correct it with "nontaxpayer" or use a 1040NR. Good information as stated above.
