Works in Linux only
I tried 15 different versions of Windows. They'd all install with Microsoft basic video driver. As soon as Windows update tried to install the proper video driver Windows would choke and crash never to start again. I tried every version of Windows 7 and Windows 10 and they all did the same thing.

So-So
The parts themselves are of good quality but the person who soldered it up has no idea what a good connection looks like. A good portion of the leads were solder bridges, I wound up redoing every connection.
