  Item arrived damaged with a tear in shrink wrap. Informed seller of this as it was not originally noted in the original auction. See attached chat from seller about how if such a small damage in a 30 year old product bothers me, that I should be liable for mishandling item. I bought what I believed to be an intact item but did not receive as such. Seller was very aggressive and unwilling to work toward a mutual solution.

  There was no damage when sent from us had there have been any it would have been in our description. Customer damaged goods when opening then changed his mind and said it was damaged in the post, but refused to either submit a claim or provide information for us to do so. To be clear, we do not refund for items damaged by the customer, and we insure against damage in the mail. I have now banned Mr Salter from Mobile from ever shopping with us again.

  This unique resin miniature of three machine gunners and a water cooled .30 cal medium machine gunner was delivered quickly in a well padded mailing box after the online order was placed. I have purchased hobby miniatures from Sherwood Wargames and they never disappoint. I will continue to purchase miniatures from them based on my positive experiences.
