Value in a small package
0 von 1 finden das hilfreich This is not a large stone. If it had been it would be worthy of five stars. Never the less it is exactly what is needed to give a good edge to your knives. If well soaked in water before hand it produces a good slurry paste to hasten the sharpening process. The 400 grit prepared my worn knives to then be sharpened with the 1000 grit.

From Dull to Sharp in a flash.
This sharpener is very easy to use. Simply pull the knife through the wheels. It sharpens to a very acceptable level of sharpness. With a quick strop to removes the burred edges and you are ready to go. Do not expect the level of sharpness as with a stone. For quick results this will be the answer in most kitchens.
