Works well
Used now for several years for cutting back on grp, it works well with a machine & wool pad.

Top kit for your tool box
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I work with boats and flat batteries are quite common, this tester is better than the older types as it has a solenoid that switches to test mode, not just a rocker switch.
I like the way it works, just connect the tester to your battery, tell it what the CCA is and push the test button. It will then tell you if it is good, weak or dead.
It does get warm on testing and you can (according to the instructions) do 3 tests in a 5 minute period, allowing it to cool between tests. For most applications this is fine, it is only on some boats where multiple battery installs are the norm where this needs to be thought about. No issue really for most uses. It will test batteries of up to 125AH and 1000CCA so quite adequate for most DIY & light trade use.

Better than I thought it would be
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Bought this to try an experiment to see if it would work on the bow of a barge to give the helmsman a view of the front of the barge, something you just cant see from the helm position.
Although not intended for this it gives a sharp picture and the lines give you an indication of distance. As said, it is better than I was expecting for the money.
The range is just around 8M between camera and monitor, this is fine for most cars you might have to play with the position of the sender and receiver to get an uninterrupted picture.
Once we have finished testing with it on the boat it will be getting fitted to the rear of my 4X4 to make parking that bit easier. A great little product.
