Mr Motivator's All New BLY Workout
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I bought this DVD to vary my exercise routine. I love my Wii fit plus but needed some cardio and toning exercises to use alongside my training. I remember Mr Motivator from morning TV so knew what to expect. It works for me as you can choose from the menu and create a routine. Eg upper body conditioning, legs, bums, tums. You know roughly how long your routine will take and whatever you choose, a warm up and warm down is put at the beginning and end of your routine. If I were being 'picky' I would say he is a little bit too cheerful at 8 in the morning and a little bit sexist ie suggestive remarks to the beautiful girls around him! Anyone who watched him on TV will know whether he grates on your nerves or not! The exercises are just right for my level of fitness so I do use this DVD 2 or 3 times a week.

Rosemary Conley's Ultimate Whole Body Workout (DVD 2003
I was a member of Rosemary Conley's slimming club and did this workout at the club therefore I knew it would be suitable for my needs. I am again losing weight and being much older needed to step up my exercise routine. I am an enthusiastic user of the Wii fit plus trainer and I needed something to use for cardio. It gets boring using the same exercise routine and I found this DVD just right for cardio exercise and toning, for a couple of days a week. Good price too. although it is a 2003 routine it still fits the bill for me.
