Best Book Ever!!!
Best book I've ever read. It reminded me that the way I used to eat 18 months ago is the exact way we should eat. I also bought the Fast 800 Book which is a perfect partner to this way of life. I like to call it a lifestyle as I hate the word diet. This book has helped me to shed 2.8 kilos in 3 weeks which is fantastic as I only had 5 kilos to lose. To put that into perspective, I am a size 8/10, so don't have a lot to lose. Just sick of the bloated pregnant look and now it's gone. Must read book 10/10 xx
