  I was dead wrong to leave this person with such negative feedback. This seller found the problem and was very good at taking care of it. I did finally receive the item and it was perfect as described. I'm going to try and find a way to change this feedback to positive, and I feel so bad to jump to a negative conclusion so quickly.
