  I’m sorry, but I would not waste my time with this buyer. They purchased a used item, knowing that it was used when they received the item that acted like it was supposed to be brand new. So they got mad and left negative lies on my page. I did message them and asked them if they would like to return the item we offer free returns. i’m sorry, but if I buy a item and I receive it and it’s oozing bugs out of it dead or alive, I would be returning it immediately not keeping the item like they did.
