Excellent for non martial arts folks as well
This is an extremely entertaining book that catches the reader of martial material totally off guard. Rather than discuss the subject in a quasi religious tone, the author writes with a keen insight that is very objective and at times critical of some of the silliness in martial arts. The core sentiment is "follow your own dream" even though that may be difficult for a number of reasons. He explains how martial arts provide an opportunity for many people to experience the challenges of life in a sane and meaningful way.
This is an excellent read for non martial artists who are looking for an encouraging read that neither preaches nor provides the solution to life's many problems in ten easy lessons. It is also an excellent book for individuals who want to understand the motivation of a loved one who is involved in martial arts. This is definitely not a "how to" book -- rather it is a thoughtful philosophical look at an area of life that is largely neglected by psuedo intellectual pundits.

Good choice
These sleeves are the same you could buy in commercial store. I bought 400 so the cost was less than half what I had been paying. I am very satisfied with quality and cost.

Happy with my Purchase
The discs record as intended. The storage container is different from the ones I have purchased in local stores -- the discs are on a spindle, but they are open to the air.. I don't know if it is habit or a sense the discs being better protected, but I prefer the older container that encloses the discs in a plastic shell. However, the purpose for this purchase was to obtain recordable discs and I am pleased the quality remains high.
