Fantastic packaging.
Remarkably well packaged, I'm sure my local USPS played hackeysack with it as usual, but the item is completely unscathed. Product is amazingly soft, wouldn't recommend getting too rough with the product itself, but the insides are amazing. It is definitely designed for first-time users, but thats a good thing. cleaning is difficult without good tools but not impossible. (I'd recommend a soft-bristled bottle cleaning brush trimmed to 1/4 inch bristle length)
A/A+ Rating, For beginners.

Power Hungry, but FAST (For their time)
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich First thing i'd say about these Hynix sticks is that they are power-hungry for their clock speed. Yes, for their time of release they where the fastest sticks on the market in their price bracket, but they are also amperage hungry.
In older, or poorly designed boards a pair of these will demolish the maximum amperage the board is rated for, if your board is poorly designed, the traces providing power will heat up and eventually burn out with some magic smoke to celebrate your achievement, and on older boards like those in a Optiplex 780 they'll trip the overdraw alarm and the board will shut down making a sound none-too-dissimilar to a dead hard drive.
