Has problems with MacBook Pro

There is some sort of problem with MacBook Pro where the sounds turns on and off. I have spent many hours on the phone and at the Apple store with Bose and Apple. They both blame each other and there doesn't seem to be a fix, as they cannot agree on what is causing the problem. I am returning the speaker.
