A good read
Struggled to find this book and had to pay over the odds for it. I had personal reasons for obtaining book. As like author I am a descendant of Black Andrew. I was brought up on stories of how the hillside at Saltburn was haunted and my grandfather as a lad could hear the voices of men in the cottage next door to the ship inn. The book although it had been fictionalised confirmed most of the stories both my father and self had been told as children. Before reading the Book I knew of the ship and crown at Brotton, the white house and a couple of pubs in Robin hoods Bay.

Safari animals
My grandchildren required zoo animals after a visit to Chester zoo. They had to build their own zoo. Ebay was the only place I could find any. None of our local shops gad any. All they had was farm animals and dinosaurs. Grandchildren were very happy I managed go get them in time.
