  Buyer left us neutral feedback on a 1970s era acrylic bead necklace falsely claiming that we did not provide information regarding some mild color variation or fade on some of the beads. Buyer never contacted us to share their concerns, nor requested a refund as part of our 30-day money back guarantee. We provided 10 crystal clear photos of every inch of the item, the described some fade on beads near the clasp in both the item description and seller condition notes that they did not read.

  I have to agree. I did not realize there was a third set of photos which showed the fading and damage very clearly. It was completely my fault for not seeing that. I did not want to ask for a refund because my DIL thought she could fix minor damage. I think it's too much work so I just gave it to her and she can do with it what she wishes. I do apologize. It was totally my fault for being blindsided. I did not read the whole listing, and I would change the feedback if allowed.
