the vehicle security plates i build are made without heavy overheads so are i guess the cheapest on ebay. i dont pay myself much at all but the product is good and the satisfaction of stopping a tealeaf is a great reward. sheared stud work is good.

satisfied with my purchase
i searched ebay for this item, i found them in china, but rather expensive. i put the problem aside until i had time to look again. i was pleased to find you folk. do understand that i am not a quaified electrician and believed i needed a start capacitor. when spoke to a fellow at your shop [by phone] i gave him the details from the old unit. he knew enough to say it sounds like a run capacitor. on his advice that is what you sold me. the motor has now been run for an extended time and found spot. obviously the motor along with the centrifugal switch worked fine. it was damp that caused the old capacitor to pop. i knew this was a possible cause but as i said i am not an electrician. i am rebuilding a saw bench with this fresh motor. i can now get on with the fitting work. thanks for giving me the right info at the right time. and good luck to all staff and owners. jim chambers. i am the designer and builder of very good pedal locking units to fit light commercials and land rovers. all common targets for thieves the uk. the cost is unequalled as i do the work to keep active. with added bonus of stopping thieving b**stards taking out trucks.
