Forget it. Look elsewhere.
I have studied the era and the concert. The author was concerned with his own self glorification over the effect the Sex Pistols had on modern music. About 80% of the book was about the author and only 20% was on the music and members of the band. Plus there were some out and out lies about the activities as outlined by other books, eye witness accounts and photos. All in all a waste of time.

High protein, low carb and great tasting. What more do you need?
This bar is great for breakfast on the go, when you are out and get hungry or for something sweet after a meal. I carry them with me wherever I go as my backup, should I not have time or the indication to stop and eat. Also great for a snack waiting in the doctor's office, or any type of bureaucracy you may have to endure. It lightens your spirit without making you heavy.
