Iso 7 review

No I don't look like a fitness model and presently am working on getting my diet in check for the thousandth time but....I do really like the Iso 7. I train regularly with body weight doing the Convict Conditioning program along with Iron core fitness kettlebell program. I alternate between both usually. I saw the Iso 7 and decided there was a plane of fitness I had not ventured into but always wanted to... isometrics. Growing up my dad used it and called it dynamic tension. He just used his muscles with opposing tension. Since my purchase of the Iso 7 I have added it to my routine 2 days a week. So that's cc 2 times, Kb 2 times, and Iso 2 times a week. 6 workouts a week. Iso is great for working out in a pinch, and also for variety. I feel like I've gotten stronger since I've started using it. Is it the silver bullet? No. It is definitely a tool in my tool box I'm glad I have added. It is what you make of it....a tool is only good if used. I think iso 7 is a great addition to any home gym.
