  The seller charged £50 for postage, changed the courier to EVRI (the very cheapest) but still kept the £50. The item was not properly packed. There was no bubble wrap/padding material used and the makeshift box was too small for the item. As a result the item arrived damaged. I did not receive a refund even though the item was returned immediately and received by the seller.
