Just go buy a cheap cloak.

Getting your average Halloween cloak would be better than buying this. Has a gaping slit in front chest area. Mostly to get your head in but does it need to go down to your belly? Its your typical kid costume basically. Just save your self and get a generic cloak.

Very excellent

If you use these a lot for camping and hiking. The clips usually fall off. The screws are too small to handle the abuse. But other than that. Batteries last long. Very bright and compact.
