  Product received is missing a part making product unusable. Seller did not indicate I would receive the pedal with the missing part and sellers current ad indicates there is a stock of pedals that are complete. I'd like to request a full refund of the purchase price and shipping if seller cannot provide a replacement pair of pedals complete with all parts at no additional costs to return defective pedals

  Buyer left negative feedback before even reaching out to me. I didn't realize that the pedal was missing a part and promptly sent him another one that was in working order. He sent the bad one back, but never revised the feedback. It was an honest mistake on my part, and I was happy to resolve it. I am disappointed in buyer for leaving negative feedback before contacting me.
