  Seller didn't give any tracking info even when asked but did refund me. A pkg did end up coming 2 days after I was refunded but had none of the flavor I had purchased or that was in description. I'm giving it a positive review because the pkg DID arrive & because the seller did the right thing refunding me even before I knew I was sent something different than what I ordered. I am 100% okay with that outcome but am pretty sad I couldn't try the flavor I ordered. Very very nice seller as well.

  Ripped off! Put $10 bid on the auction, won and paid for item. Seller messages me saying they will refund my money because I can get item from the company cheaper. I message back saying no I definitely can’t so please ship the item I just paid for. Seller then decides to tell me their was a miscommunication and offers me a sample product of the same item. I decline and ask that I get sent what seller advertised and I already paid for. Never got item shipped to me. Out $10! Awful business!

  The seller couldn’t find the item I bought but checked in with me and sent an amazing alternative that more than compensated for the original item. Struggled a little understanding their messages but worth it! Thanks!

  EBay posted the item 'shipped.' Seller said they opened the box (which was described on EBay as 'new.' Why would they do that? This happened the day after I won the item! I wouldn't trust this seller if I were you. I did receive a refund, but I wanted the item. Apparently, I had no choice.

  Brenda, I was honest and transparent with you. The box was made from cardboard with a cut out to grab a single package. When I picked them up they were hard as golf balls. I am not sending defective products so I sent you back your 25 cents. To print label Brenda it marks it as shipped. Since I try to ship fast it makes perfect sense to say shipped. I am very displeased with vengence over .99 cents
