I tried to reach out to her but she has ignored me. Terrible business sense.

It came in the wrong packaging
It's obviously not new cause they put him in the wrong packaging, it says Abraham Ford! They have took it out of it's original packaging and then put it in the wrong characters packaging and taped it up!
