Excellent WLS book
Even though this is a bit out of date, it is an awesome book about patient's experiences with weight loss surgery. I just love it.

Awful
Author tells her story....she was a terrible patient and doesn't describe the correct way to do things. Alcoholic and overeating and wrong eating actions continually pre and post op. More of a guide on how to get extremely skinny while snarfing quarters of cakes and two bottles of wine and multiple shots of whisky. This book is SO bad that I actually used it to start a camp fire instead of troubling anyone else to read it. All that being said, the author has a talented writing style and that is the only thing that kept me from not finishing it. I was also waiting for her to show changes in her habits. Awful book.
