Perfect OEM replacement for my son’s 2014 Kia Soul
Driver side door lock had been jammed for quite some time.
My son was using the passenger side door to unlock the car, but I was worried he might have been locked out if that one failed too.
A locksmith estimated $200 for the replacement.
Part I got was original and brand new. Shipping was fast. Great service.
I am mechanically inclined but I had never worked on a car lock.
I have to say it was incredibly easy to swap the old lock with this new part.
I am a bit embarrassed it took me so long to decide to do it :)
It is literally one screw and two minutes of labor. ANYBODY CAN DO IT.
Next step will be to try to recode the lock to match the old key.

Simple fix for burst (frozen) sprinkler system vacuum breaker
Easy to replace, less than five minutes of work, no need to call a plumber.
