Sixteen full performance CPU cores that fit in a laptop
Currently, as of November 2021, this is the most powerful Windows-native CPU that fits in a laptop. On certain CPU-intensive multi-threaded loads, it is almost two times more performant than Apple's M1 Max. Overall, it is about as performant, only giving the crown to the Max on hugely-RAM-intensive loads. None of the other non-Apple laptop-ready CPUs compare, including the Intel's 12th generation laptop CPUs.
