So far so good
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich Install was easy for me, but I have years of tech and electronics experience. Only one wire had me stumped, but the ecobee website help section gave me the answer needed. Love the features and alexa integration. Haven’t had it connected long enough to see if it’s saving me anything, but the fact that I can set multiple programs should help. For instance, it has preset sleep program that I can program the time to adjust the temps until the home program take over the next morning. I painted the back plate to match the vents and paint scheme of the house, which made my wife happy.

Lessons learned
Product as described,works great, and installation was easy. Couple lessons to help the next DIYer. A standard wine cork (2 needed) is perfect for plugging the hoses if changing with full tub. This unit is much smaller than the original. Wish I would have bought 8-10” of replacement hose for the main/front input. This would have allowed better alignment with the upper hose. I was able to get connected without problems or leaks, but i will replace the one section of hose just to be sure there are no problems down the road. This unit moves more water which is nice. If you have the ozone injector, watch the video on how to clean and unclog so you can do it while changing the pump.
