Almost impossible with Windows Vista

I tried numerous times to get it to operate. NETGEAR.com is not helpful with the problem I was having and they want to charge for live help. If your item is refurbished then there is no warranty and therefore no live help. These items are outdated and do not include instructions for Windows Vista. I couldn't even even get the software to install on my computer.

not so great

I returned the first one because of all of the flaws that it had. The second one was a little better but don't expect much with the lettering on the chrome that indicate the acessories.
