  SELLER provided prompt shipping, good communication, good packaging for shipping. USPS, however, managed to get it to the Philadelphia distribution center THREE different times, and yet twice failed to get it the last TWO MILES to my home nearby and instead shipped it back out of the state! The USPS needs to end this gross incompetence!
