Good tool for anyone who builds their own heavy cables
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I used this to build cable for a new solar battery bank install using 2/0 cable. Crimper worked very well for this. I've also used it for automotive battery cables. Crimps are hexagonal in shape and very robust.

Not bad, appears to be decent value
decent for the money. I can't say for sure it will put out 5amps however as I've not tested it.
for the ~ 1 amp current application it works well.

Actually worked
I bought this to pull out a dent on a car recently purchased.
It actually worked pretty well. Please note though that it takes a slow and steady process to actually pull the dent out.
I did find that I had to remove the spring from the gold extractor tool in the picture provided. If I hadn't the plastic extractor tools used to pull the dent out would not work. Once I did this the tool worked OK and slowly pulled the dent out. If there is a set with the extractor tools shorter than the spring in the tool would not require removal.
