Finally resolved with Ebay themselves getting involved and covered the cost. I desperatly wanted this book in time for Fathers Day and then to have it end up the way that it did with no communication was super frustrating.

Maybe TOO lightweight for our needs!
The outer paper is thinner than I expected-- worried about puncture or tears in handling. I would not purchase them again for our needs. Need a little more protection than these offer.
