Model airplane plans on DVD

The quality of the plans I have looked at so far have been very good. My only small complainant would be that the index needs work. If you are trying to find a particular aircraft you may find it may take you a while. I think a master index listing the aircraft by name or time period would go a long ways to solve this problem. A case in point I was looking for the WW ll North American O-52 Owl observation aircraft plans and eventually found it under the letter "O" after going through a half a dozen or more indexes . I think there are too many different indexes.

Overall nice hawk

I did a little finishing work to the blade and point, (ground the surfaces to a better tapered shape and then polished the entire hawk, then etched it to make it look old.) With a little work you can make a great looking tomahawk for display or reenactments. The price is right and the quality makes for a great starting point. Seed Bead Frank

A good way to start

I have some knowledge of acrylic painting before I purchased the DVD so I was pleasantly surprised with the way the video is laid out. For a person just getting started in acrylics the first part of the tape is great at getting set up with the right tools and supplies. I would highly recommend this DVD to anyone looking to get started in acrylics. The disc shows you many tips on how to make your work easier.
